Beer Writing
I’ve been passionate about beer since 6th grade, when my science project was called “The fermentation of barley.” I’m a beer connoisseur in the best sense of the word. I don’t have a discriminating palate, my taste buds have a “no-discrimination” policy. I love to make beer and mead, and love to talk to beer geeks and ordinary drunkards alike.
